A Yummy smoothie made with hemp protein powder and low histamine Blueberries. You can use this as a base to easily add different flavours with fruit or spices.
Blend all ingredients together in the blender until creamy smooth.
Notes
If tolerated you can also subsitute the oat or rice milk for coconut milk or almond milk.Try using other low histamine fruit for different flavours.Low histamine herbs and spices such as vanilla, mint or ginger are nice additions to change things up.
