About me
I suffered for decades from food intolerance, anxiety, IBS, GORD, allergy, chronic fatigue, and hormone issues, which set me on the path to investigate how I could manage my own health.
I developed histamine intolerance and MCAS and have figured out the best super low histamine diet.
